These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, content, and services offered by BUA Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") under the operating brand Everyday to Extraordinary, accessible at everydaytoextraordinary.ai and related pages.
By purchasing a membership, booking a strategy session, accessing any course content, or submitting your contact information through any of our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.
Everyday to Extraordinary provides educational content and personalized consulting in the area of travel rewards optimization. Our offerings include:
All digital content and curriculum are delivered through our membership platform. Strategy sessions are conducted via video call and scheduled through our booking link.
To access paid content, you will create a member account through our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Memberships are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing access.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a binding contract to purchase our services.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring basis on the same date each month. Your membership continues until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the date already paid.
Annual memberships are billed once per year. Founding Member rates are locked at the rate in effect at the time of your original purchase for as long as the membership remains active and in good standing.
Strategy Sessions are billed as a one-time charge at the time of booking.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to recharge on file. If payment cannot be collected, access will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
We will provide at least 30 days’ written notice to your registered email address before changing subscription pricing for existing active members.

If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription charge, contact us at hello@everydaytoextraordinary.ai and we will issue a full refund and cancel your subscription. Refunds are not available after 7 days, on renewal charges, or if you have downloaded or accessed a substantial portion of the curriculum.
Annual memberships may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied and have not accessed any paid module content beyond the Start Here page. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@everydaytoextraordinary.ai. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
Please note: if you cancel an annual Founding Member membership — whether refunded or not — the lifetime rate lock is forfeited. If you re-subscribe in the future, current pricing will apply.
Strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked, as we reserve dedicated time to prepare for and conduct your session.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the session fee in full.
Recording: Sessions are not recorded by us unless both parties explicitly agree in advance in writing.
Email hello@everydaytoextraordinary.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, email address used at purchase, and the product you purchased. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a dispute — most concerns are resolved quickly and directly. If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and suspend access to all services pending resolution.
The content provided through Everyday to Extraordinary is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Credit card rewards programs, point valuations, airline and hotel transfer partners, and redemption opportunities change frequently and without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of specific awards, transfer bonuses, or redemption rates.
Individual results will vary based on your spending patterns, credit profile, travel flexibility, and how consistently you apply the strategies we teach. Any examples of points earned, travel value achieved, or out-of-pocket savings are illustrative of what is possible and are not guarantees of your results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BUA Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Affiliate & Referral Disclosure: Some content on our platform includes affiliate or referral links to third-party financial products, including credit cards. If you apply for or open an account through these links, we may receive compensation. This does not affect our recommendations — we only reference products we personally use and believe in. By accessing our services, you agree that you will not:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
All course content, frameworks, written materials, videos, tools, and branding — including but not limited to the Everyday to Extraordinary brand, curriculum, frameworks, and tools — are the proprietary intellectual property of BUA Group LLC and its licensors.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. No ownership of any content is transferred to you.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid except as described in Section 5.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or conduct we determine to be harmful to our community or business. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to discontinue Everyday to Extraordinary, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including circumstances beyond our control.
If we discontinue the service, the following applies:
Notice will be sent to the email address on file. Notice sent to your registered email constitutes sufficient notice under these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible in read-only mode for 30 days following the notice date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
